TEAM A.T.E. has developed a solid group of service providers in addition to it's own areas of expertise. We would never suggest that an end-user develop an adversarial relationship with the OEM, but when cost is an issue or the equipment is not longer supported, we might be able to help you or direct you to a third party service source.

When TEAM A.T.E. sells systems we try to add as much value to the customer as possible. Many of the systems we sell come with installation and carry a warranty. Depending on the case, we may use our own resources, a third party service company, or the OEM to provide these services. We do our best to maintain a good relationship with OEM's and the quality servce providers in our market.

The market we work in covers over 2000 different models of ATE, handlers, wafer probers and laser trimmers. In some cases there are too few of a particular type of system in use for any third party service company to be viable. In other cases, the systems are too new and expensive to find solid service from any source but the OEM. Given these circumstances, significant numbers of systems are still sold "as is". Even with "as is" sales, you will find TEAM A.T.E. going to great lengths to assure your satisfication with the equipment
