TEAM A.T.E. eCommerce Sites
TEAM A.T.E. offers a parts website, where customers can purchase online parts and offerings using credit cards.  The parts site is secured through SSL encryption and no credit card information is stored in our store shopping cart software, or on our company servers, or in our company database.  The only exception to this is if a customer expresses in writing that they are providing credit card information to be retained by TEAM A.T.E. for future subsequent purchases.  In this instance the information will be secured away in a physical, locked and security protected location of TEAM A.T.E.  This information will not be entered into any unsecured database. All credit card information is sent over secure servers to our payment gateway provider, Authorize.net, where all transactions are PCI compliant and secured with the most cutting edge security encryption.  

Email Policy
Our email privacy policy is there to protect your privacy. This policy defines the details of how your user information is permitted to be used, and how it is protected from being abused.

If you receive email correspondence from TEAM A.T.E. it is because you have been identified as a prospect for doing business whereby we feel our offerings might be beneficial to your needs.  At any point you may decide to discontinue email correspondence from us and elect to unsubscribe from our email lists.  We strive to be a strict anti-spam
company and limit our sending of unsolicited commercial email. Please report instances of abuse to us.
How to report abuse
Just click on the Report abuse link in the footer of the received email to report the user and simultaneously be permanently removed from all future mailings. The abuse sender will be contacted to provide proof of opt-in. If they fail to deliver this proof they will be prevented from further sending.
 
Sharing of personal data / email addresses
We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data and email address to third parties, unless this is requested under a court order or unless this has been agreed to by you, in advance, in a separate agreement.
